• All orders require a signature on delivery. Calling cards cannot be left in communal areas and our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries before your goods are returned to us. 
• Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any amendments to the address. 
• Should for any reason duty become payable, this is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not included in any purchase transaction. 
• We will not accept any returns from FEDEX.
