Please note that due to a slight change in design, the Ash Virgin Trainers are very generous in size. We recommend taking one full size smaller than usual for the best fit. The buckles can also be adjusted to achieve the perfect fit. Please see the table below for measurements of the insole by size.

Please Note - With the current Covid-19 restrictions in place, we're dispatching all orders on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. We offer standard delivery Monday - Friday and a Saturday delivery option, these rates can be seen at the checkout simply choose the desired shipping method and see the price updated accordingly.
All orders require a signature on delivery. Calling cards cannot be left in communal areas and our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries before your goods are returned to us.
We always aim to ship all orders to the UK Mainland on a 'next working day’ service on orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00. With the current Covid-19 outbreak, we're dispatching on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.
UK customers will receive an email on the morning their order is due from Interlink couriers. Interlink will email a one hour delivery window time slot.
Should for any reason duty become payable, this is solely the customer's responsibility and is not included in any purchase transaction.
