Europe and International Delivery
The UK has now left the European Union. Please therefore note that EU sales are no longer inclusive of VAT from our website. Instead customers to
the EU, may have to pay custom charges or import VAT once the parcel reaches the destination country and prior to the parcel being released. We do
not have control over these charges and we recommend that you contact your local customs office to enquire what the cost may be as any additional costs are payable by the recipient directly. What this effectively means is whilst EU orders will no longer VAT to us, the price of the product will reflect this at the
checkout upon selecting an EU country.
Import duties/customs and restrictions
Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all international countries on a delivery duty unpaid basis. This means that the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.
Ash Footwear cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty.
The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Failure to pay for duties and in the event that the products are returned back to our warehouse due to this reason will result in a refund with a deduction of the return cost including any charges we are levied with. In this event, we shall also deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
Please be advised that Ash Footwear cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched currently on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Orders placed after 3:00pm will usually be dispatched the next working day (excluding weekends).
When placing your order, please provide a mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable the couriers to send you an estimated delivery time.
Additional Delivery Information
Late Deliveries : Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. If you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email us at email@example.com including your order number in the email.
There are varying time limits in which you cancel your order depending on what country you have selected to be dispatched to.
For UK Next Day Delivery orders, we request that any cancellations are made no more than 30 minutes after the order is placed.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions.
