E-commerce Customer Service Representative.
 
AshShoe Co Ltd has an existing opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to join our E-commerce team in our Kentish Town offices.
 
Working in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment, you will assist in the maintenance of the company website and day-to-day administrative duties associated with a rapidly growing e-commerce department.
 
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
 
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent standard of written English,
•    Able to work independently all day
•    Computer literate.
•    Good organisation and pro-active.
•    Interest in E-commerce, Internet trading and fashion
•    Proficient with excellent communication skills.
•    Have a good understanding of SEO will be an advantage.
•    Basic Knowledge of Excel and Photoshop.
 
Key Responsibilities are:
 
•    Provide superior support for customers’ service through e-mailing queries and phone calls ensuring that customers receive a prompt and efficient response to all enquiries within given metrics and that messages taken for other staff members are passed on accurately, order cancellation, order enquiry etc.
•    Provide customer support concerning shipment tracking and liaising with courier’s company.
•    Keeping the e-com manager informed and involved in case of tasks, which cannot be dealt with given deadlines or issues needing escalation.
•    Managing the daily returns and exchanges adding the stock to the till system.
•    Keeping the Marketing, Retail and IT departments informed of website discrepancies or bugs.
•    Liaising with the finance department regarding courier invoices, shipping’s costs & reporting the online expenses.
•    Assisting and checking product descriptions across the website.
•    Occasionally helping with product photography retouching and website banners.
•    Responsible for some social media platforms.
•    Pro-actively work to ensure best practice company goals are achieved
•    Occasionally warehouse related tasks such as receiving, counting and re-stocking merchandise.
•    Any other duties will be assigned to the Job Holder within the Job Holder’s capabilities
