Leeds Festival, Bramham Park

Leeds Festival lands in Bramham Park in Yorkshire on August 28th. Water (and mud) proof footwear is essential for festivals, and if wellies aren’t for you, look no further than our Mexican Boots selection. For the puddles, the TOXIC Boots have a high rise that will keep you dry while you splash around at the Main Stage, the TATUM Strapped Boots are ideal for dry days and for the model off duty look that reigns supreme at festivals, the studded TEXACO Boots are our choice. The three day festival attracts a varied crowd, due it’s eclectic mix of metal, indie, rock & roll and electronic acts. This years Friday headliners are the newly reformed The Libertines, back from a lengthy hiatus, much to the delight of their die-hard fans. Joining them in the headlining spot are folk band Mumford & Sons, and closing the festival on Sunday are heavy metal veterans, Metallica.

Manchester Pride 2015, City of Manchester

2015 marks the 25th year of Pride celebrations in Manchester, which means this is not a party to be missed. Wear our top picks for the season – The SET and SODA Trainers – to keep your dancing into the night, and for the guys, the VESPA Hi-Tops get our vote. With events and activities going on all over the city, as well as performances from Danni Minogue, Texas, DJ Fresh and Hot Since 82, there is something for all tastes. Show your support for the LGBT community and head on down to this huge street party. If that wasn’t enough to get you interested, enter this competition to be in with the chance to win a trip to New York!

Rooftop Bars, London

A Bank Holiday weekend is the perfect opportunity to get dressed up and head out for a little slice of luxury with your girlfriends. Ash Footwear’s AW15 Collection has a great offering of heels to take you to dizzying heights. The BIANCA Pumps are a staple, whilst the the DONNA Heels have a sophisticated feel to them. If the weather doesn’t hold up, keep it chic and pair a LBD with the luxe suede CAPTURE Shoe Boots. Rooftop bars in London are having a moment. Living in the city, it’s not often you get to witness the stunning skyline and when better to that than at sunset with a cocktail in hand. Head central for sushi with a view (as well as the most delicious cocktails) at Sushi Samba, then head over to Radio Bar on Strand to finish of your night. If East London is more your vibe, Boundary Rooftop in Shoreditch is open for brunch daily until late.

Shopping in Edinburgh

Make the most of the long weekend with a city break to beautiful Edinburgh. Shopping requires comfortable shoes, and those cobbles just don’t call for heels, but your style doesn’t have to be compromised. Don a pair of the NIKKO Chunky Soled Boots, or the sophisticated MIRA and get set for some serious shopping. For a more casual style, work the KARMA Pumps in this seasons statement Congo leather. You’ll be spoilt for choice with spending opportunities, from Scotland’s only Harvey Nichols, which is also great for refueling during the day, to George Street which offers up a stunning mix of high-end and high street brands. For vintage lovers, don’t miss the Greenmarket, which is sure to deliver some one of a kind pieces.

We’d love to know how you spend your August Bank Holiday, and which styles you’d pick for your weekend adventures.
