E-commerce Customer Service and Admin Assistant
Ash Shoe Co Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to join our E-Commerce team in our Kentish Town offices. This is for a 6-8 month maternity cover.
We are looking for a website assistant to work with all facets of the business. Reporting to the online manager directly, you will be responsible for any activities as required including over the phone/email customer care, conducting refunds and liaising with logistics companies to track customer parcels. You will also be packing and dispatching parcels from time to time and as per demand in busy periods.
The ideal candidate will be in love with fashion and will be a fast and detail orientated in any work that they do. Any eCommerce experience would be advantageous as would be experience of customer service. It is the first step for those looking to get into a career in E-commerce within Fashion Industry. Full training will be provided.
